I founded Ryactive in 2007 and quickly attracted the attention of dozens of Fortune 500s, agencies, and internationally recognized brands. I led the team that transformed Ryactive from startup to well recognized creative agency. I am spearheading the development of new ideas, products, and technologies that make our advertising better and even more effective. I produce most of Ryactive’s online and television commercials. I was nominated for an EMMY® award for producing a Ravenswood Winery commercial.

I oversee the day to day operations of Ryactive and lead the incorporation of science and technology into our advertising. My focus is on the development of proprietary technologies and marketing techniques that enable us to deliver exceptional consumer engagement.

At Ryactive I analyze the performance of our advertising campaigns, make sense of the data, and report the results back to our creative team in a meaningful and actionable way. In order words, I make sure that our campaigns are meeting or exceeding expectations. I graduated from Rutgers University with an Honors Degree in Economics.

Hi, my name is David Brashear.

I oversee video and television production at Ryactive. I’ve directed dozens of online and TV commercials for major brands. I was nominated for an EMMY® award for writing a Ravenswood Winery commercial. I’ve worked on television shows like MTV Cribs and Celebrity Fit Club. I graduated from the USC School of Cinema-Television.

Hi, my name is Hua Chen.

I have an extensive background in web development and graphic design. I’m the head of graphic design at Ryactive and am responsible for the design of Ryactive’s online advertising campaigns and web properties. I graduated from UC Berkeley with a degree in Political Science.

Hi, my name is Nate Milton.

I’m in charge of animation at Ryactive, I’ve been responsible for several award-winning television commercials. I was nominated for an EMMY® award for directing a Ravenswood Winery commercial. I’ve worked on feature films and advertising campaigns for many of the world’s most popular brands. I studied film and animation at the School of Visual Arts in New York City.
